Ma jun (1962.7 -), create the different valence state of iron manganese oxidant theory system in addition to pollution, developed by potassium permanganate and ferrate preoxidation, ozone catalytic oxidation technique to remove pollution depth processing technology, based on the strengthening of the new ecological interface features in addition to heavy metal technology and nano membrane water treatment technology, persulfate advanced oxidation technologies, etc. The technology has been applied to the purification of polluted water sources, the advanced treatment and reuse of sewage, and has played an important role in several major pollution emergency projects.
